Students anywhere in the world can get a 4-month free license of FME!
You are applying for
Student Use License
If you are currently enrolled as a post-secondary student and need FME for your studies, you may be eligible for an FME Student Use License.
This license is strictly for academic use, and may not be used for commercial projects.
This license is not intended for freelance work, paid projects, or any commercial or client-based use.
Instruction License Grant
Ongoing licenses for teaching students.

Instruction License Grant
As an instructor at an accredited academic institution, you can receive free licenses for FME Form and FME Flow to educate students.
Equip your students to leverage information from disparate sources by making FME part of your curriculum.

This license is not intended for commercial training programs delivered for revenue or corporate training without a clear educational component.
Licenses For Good – Humanitarian
Complimentary licenses for impactful humanitarian projects and initiatives.

Licenses For Good – Humanitarian
This license is valid for 12 months and can be used for the duration of your project and additional renewal if your project goes over.
We evaluate applications based on financial need and how your work will benefit society or the environment.
To ensure your application for a humanitarian grant is considered, please fill out all the required sections of the form. Your attention to detail will help us better evaluate your eligibility.
This license is not intended for commercial projects, freelance or consulting work, internal business operations, or organizations evaluating FME for future business use.
