The Peak of Data & AI Encore: Best of The Peak
Webinar Details
The countdown is on! The Peak of Data and AI is Back — March 8-11, 2027, London, UK. To get you fired up for the next iteration of our biannual conference, we’re spotlighting some of the best talks from The Peak of Data and AI 2025 in this webinar. Revisit two of the talks that made last year’s event such a success, then register today to secure your spot for 2027.
Session 1: 9-1-1 Addressing: End-to-End Automation Using FME
Bruno Blanco, Shelby County 9-1-1
Local and state/provincial governments responsible for creating and maintaining 9-1-1 addressing data — especially address points and road centerlines — face a common challenge: keeping that data accurate, current, and audit-ready. This session shows how Shelby County 9-1-1 (TN) tackled it with FME, automating attribute assignment from disparate sources, running on-the-fly QA/QC, and streamlining reporting.
You’ll walk away with practical FME techniques, including:
- Table joins using attributes and geometry
- Looping with custom transformers
- Working with lists
- Change detection
Session 2: Utilizing the power of Urban Digital Twins: modern solutions for modern urban challenges
Vince Doelman, Avineon-Tensing
Cities are under pressure. Green space, housing, infrastructure — the demands on limited urban land keep growing, and they often compete directly with one another. Urban Digital Twins offer a way through this spatial puzzle: virtual replicas of cities that integrate data and advanced analytics to simulate interventions before they’re built, giving planners real insight into outcomes ahead of implementation.
FME is the engine behind that integration, keeping data flowing seamlessly across the Digital Twin platform so it can support smarter, more adaptable local decision-making. This session explores FME’s role in Urban Digital Twins through a Dutch case study, with a focus on data quality, integration, and visualization.
Note: there will be no post session Q&A attached to this webinar.
