Floating License Request Form

Get your floating license file via email by completing the form below.

Note: If any client machines are running FME 2016 or older, please contact codes@safe.com to request an updated license.

See the confirmation email you received after purchasing FME Form to get your serial number. Multiple serial numbers are allowed, separated by commas.
Hostname is the name of the computer hosting the floating license.
Host ID is the MAC address of the host computer (lowercase; no colons or dashes). Your hosted.txt file may contain multiple Host IDs; however, you can enter only one in the online request form.
