Voice of the Customer: What it means
The Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’ report offers a unique perspective, aggregating feedback directly from IT leaders and professionals who use data integration solutions in real-world settings. This complements traditional analyst-driven research by centering the voice of customers.
To be named a Customers’ Choice, vendors must:
- Meet or exceed the market average in Overall Experience
- Meet or exceed the market average in User Interest and Adoption
- Receive a minimum of 20 eligible published reviews during the 18-month submission period
This methodology ensures that only vendors consistently delivering value, support, and satisfaction across their user base are recognized. Vendors are then placed into quadrants that represent the voice of end users across key metrics, helping organizations make informed decisions that are grounded in authentic peer experience.
